Marcus
Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt
The Marcus dive site, also known as the Wreck of the Tiles, is believed to be the Chrisoula K, a 98-meter cargo ship that ran aground on Abu Nuhas on August 31, 1981 while carrying 3,700 tonnes of Italian tiles. The wreck sits at a maximum depth of 30m and allows for excellent penetration diving. The cargo space features great swim-throughs where divers can see the stacked Italian floor tiles. The superstructure is covered in hard and soft corals.
